These are the first '58-spec models from the very first run by Gibson's first authorized boutique builder. Tribute has been a time consuming money pit since he got it, and most people are blaming the current state of Gibson, and their employees being so miserable.....Who knows but I wouldn't purchase a new Gibson right now, no matter which model it is, maybe try finding an older model in mint condition.

So the "Les Paul Tribute" you are seeing is likely a 2018 or earlier model -- note: I would grab the 2018 LP Tribute because it (likely) has the trapezoid fretboard markers instead of the 2019 Tribute's dots.
